are they disposable? or do i wear them like regular earrings

You can wear them for several days if you want but they are just plastic and can be disposed of. I use them for my daughter's ears when she has cheerleading competitions since they can't wear regular earrings

Anyone use these in their earlobes? I have your standard piercing. Need something for work. I've have pierced ears 19 years.

These are wider posts than a standard earring. They were too thick/wide to fit into my daughter's rear lobes. We ended up finding a different seller whose earrings worked perfectly.

can you use glue to attach earring blanks or designs to the top of the post?

These are just cheap plastic. They're excellent for having something to keep the earring hole open when regular earrings can't be worn but my 6 year old has bent the plastic posts taking yhem out on her own so I don't know how well they would hold up
