Good quality, taken for a while. Product looks well made, solid tab, recommend.

After researching blue green Allergy and this particular manufacturer has better quality control than most. I have been taking this for three months and have lost over 20 pounds. A fair increase in my exercise routine taking this supplement help me reduce my appetite.

The tablets themselves are actually pleasant in terms of size and texture. They were easy to take, and although pills often have a smell (and these are expected to considering what they're made of), the scent here was not too strong for me. Unfortunately, for about two weeks while taking these, I started dealing with low blood pressure symptoms. I experienced dizziness, rapid heart beat, lightheadedness, weakness, fatigue, and that awful feeling like I might faint. After I had a hunch and looked into it, spirulina and chlorella lowers blood pressure in some people, likely by helping blood vessels relax, including through increased nitric oxide activity and improved vascular function. After stopping these, I felt a million times better. UPDATE: I was just diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension (due to autonomic dysfunction, which was caused by long COVID), so this made me much more sensitive to this supplement. Overall, this was just not a good fit for me due to my medical issues, but it seems like a nice product that I cannot judge as a healthy person. The serving size is 4 tablets, and that may simply have been too much for me personally. It could possibly be fine once I'm medicated for my diagnosis. I do not plan to buy this again because I did not notice any positive benefits and that was a scary experience. To be fair, not everyone will react the same way, and I simply wanted to share this information in my review to make others aware of this potential side effect.

Easy to swallow. Doesn’t taste bad but does have a strong odor. I like the fact that it is supposed to replace 5 servings of vegetable per serving (4 pills)

Great buy and I’ve been taking for almost a year now. It increased my energy, strength in my nails, hair, skin. Worth the money.
