Ist Dusche für Po, befüllen mit Wasser dann sauber machen Po, abtrocknen, fertig ist Po. Geht sehr gut. Einige schreiben zu wenig Wasser. Wenn Wasser nicht reicht, nicht spritzen ganzen Po nur Ochsenauge. Dann Wasser reicht. Einige schreiben, zuwenig Druck. Stimmt nicht! Poflasche gar keinen Druck, Druck macht Hand! Hand drückt wenig, geringer Druck. Hand drückt stark, viel Druck. Nicht spritzen in die Po, nur an die Po! Manche sagen Schimmelbildung. Wenn Schimmelbildung, Pflege von Poflasche zu wenig, Poflasche schimmelt nicht von selber. Ich leere vollständig aus, zerlege und lagere auf Heizkörper. Dann Poflasche schnell trocken. Nach jedem Spritzen, so bleibt sehr lange sauber. Habe drei Poflaschen. Für Arbeit, Zuhause und Mobilität. So spritzen Po immer und überall. Po dann immer sauber. Bitte Po gut abtrocknen sonst Po schnell wund. Sehr unangenehm. Sonst Puder besorgen für Po. Wichtig Poflasche nach spritzen immer gleich trocken machen dann gute Hygiene.

Deberían recomendarlo en todas las consultas prenatales. Ayuda mucho al aseo (e incluso tratamiento) en esos primeros dias tras el parto.

Really useful in early post partum after v delivery, particularly if you have stitches and are very sore.
