Same thing as name brands, but for less
Look, if youโre the kind of person that buys things for the name and the quality they bring, donโt buy this. If youโre the kind of person who buys stuff for the quality and for what they offer, than buy this. This thing is exactly like the name brands, it works just as well, itโs a quality build, and it doesnโt break the bank. Ya, maybe in 5 years this wonโt be in too too shape, or may need to be replaced, but Iโll worry about that when it happens. For now, it is a great purchase and does the job just like any other brand out there.

Best of the cheap tripod mounts for binoculars.
I'm glad I bought this as a backup for the more expensive Bushnell mount. It fit well and served its purpose. The design of these quick release mounts on most of these is just not going to give you a solid connection to the tripod but if you can live with a bit of wobble you can save a bunch of money. The leverage of the binoculars is just too great for the little screw to hold it from teetering sideways if there is much pressure. It will hold still when you are careful. Some sellers don't sell the studs separately in case you have another set of binoculars, you have to buy another complete unit. This package includes an an extra stud. The quality of the mount is good. There is a deep enough screw slot on the end of the stud to get it tight.Iwould recommend this for a budget mount or a backup. Having this is way better than trying to hold the phone up to the binoculars by hand!

Needs some blue threadlock
Almost perfect. The only drawback is that in use, the bolt into the binos comes loose. Its aluminum, so one can't torque it too much. Haven't tried thread lock yet.The quick release works great. The package with two bino fasteners is nice for the spouse's binos; share a window or tripod mount.

Just what I was looking for
Simple, good price, works great, just what I was looking for.

Sweet
Slick mount for binos. I really like the fact the mounting screw can stay with the binos and with a couple of quick twists it can be back on your tripod.

Not bad for the money, but not good enough for hunting
It's not easy to keep the whole assembly tight and level. I bought this one and the vortex bino adapter. The Vortex adapter is much easier to tighten and keep level.

Perfect for my SvBony Sv202 10x50 ED and Celestron Cometron 7x50
Two things to notice before buying this:1. It is a straight adapter which might cause balancing issues if you need to balance your binos.2. While the locking screw locks the binos firmly, it doesn't holds them in place unless tightened with a screwdriver.Other then that, this adapter is perfect.

Really great tripod adapter!
This is a great bino adapter for a tripod. I used it with my Vortex Diamondback 10x42s and I use it with my upgraded Maven B.6 12x50 binos. It works great. I used the Vortex brand adapter before and I hated it because trying to screw it into the binos between the objective lenses were a pain. I really like this adapter because the piece that goes into the bino goes in once and I just leave it there. Then I can slide that piece into the tripod adapter quickly. The one "con" I have found with this adapter is that even when the top screw is tightened all the way to lock the bino piece into the tripod adapter, the binos will still easily wiggle horizontally. I kind of like this because it allows me to level out my binos easily if the tripod isn't perfectly level.. However it's a little TOO loose and I'd like to be able to see it be a little more snug so I can adjust the level but not have it floppy around with every little movement.Overall for the cost, a great tripod adapter mount. I bought one for my dad as well and he really likes it.

Decent mount for the price, but could be better!
I like the stalk a lot, but the posts that go into it are made of very cheap aluminum, not even steel! Makes the unit a bit "unfinished" in a way - it is a decent mount, but I did find it to clock in a bit lower than level when clamped. For a budget roof binocular mount, adequate - sturdy and easy to use. But with a bit more "finish", this could have been a superb mount.
