Superieur Sea Mineral Electrolyte Powder, Lime Blueberry, 70 Servings

I really enjoy this while I do hot yoga. I love the flavor, it mixes well in cold water and seems to really work - I never feel dehydrated after class when I drink these.

I'm happy with it. It gets me to drink more water and I feel slightly healthier drinking it. As a note. If you're switching from plain water, you do need to 'not be a heathen' and clean your water bottle if you use this. It has enough sugar that if you don't clean your water bottle, it will mold. I'm used to drinking plain water, so I didn't clean mine very often. Fortunately, I have a glass water bottle, so I saw the mold. But just a note of warning.

I wish more people knew about this cutie. I’ve used this electrolyte powder for YEARS. I love it so much. My favorite flavor has been the tart raspberry! I’ve tried them all. Great value for the price - high quality ingredients & everyone in the family loves the flavor! You do need either a frother or a strategy. I like to put a little bit of water in my cup & spin it as I add the powder - it dissolves easily for me & then I add the rest of my water. If you pour a full glass of water and then add powder and try to mix the it will be pretty clumpy.

The product is good, with natural flavor. I personally prefer something more flavorful. This is has a subtle taste. The savings is great, 70 servings for $30 is terrific.

Best Electrolyte Powder I've used thus far. I was using an Electrolyte Powder with no sugar or sweetener in it, but it wasn't helping me at all. I was getting several charlie horses a night in both legs and feet. I thought I would try the Superieur Sea Mineral Electrolyte Powder and it truly is superior. I've been using Superieur Sea Mineral Electrolyte Powder for only two weeks and haven't had a charlie horse this week at all. It tastes great with no chemical aftertaste.

It does what it says but I dont like the flavor at all

So far I’ve tried the citrus, raspberry & watermelon and I like them all. I feel like the flavor profile is good and you can adapt the strength by adding more or less water. I’m a little leery of the grape - it makes me think of the “bug juice” (cheap institutional version of Kool-Aid) that we used to make at Girl Scout Camp. LOL If anyone can comment on the grape, I’d love to hear what you think. I have used both the individual packets and the tubs. I’m fine with both - no issues with caking, etc. Obviously the packets are easier for travel, purse, etc. but the tubs are more cost-effective. I just try to think about how I’ll be using it in the near-future when I determine which to buy. The scoop us small enough that I can get it into repurposed kombucha bottles without incident (I prefer to drink out of glass, even if I’m hiking). I do think it would have been nice to have a multi-flavor pack to taste when you’re test-driving them, especially given the cost investment. However, I’m happy with them, so not a big issue. I tried some other brands with monk fruit because my Mom HATES stevia & I was trying to encourage her to use it. While I like monk fruit (a.k.a. lo han guo for fellow Chinese herb nerds), I did NOT enjoy the taste of those other brands at all and I felt that the quality of ingredients was definitely lacking in comparison. While I can easily guzzle Superieur electrolytes down, the other brands made me a little more hesitant to drink - totally defeating the purpose. I also found when fasting this product did not seem to break my fast, but that is individualized, so you’d have to see how you respond. I did not monitor blood sugar or ketones, I can just say that I seem to do fine drinking the Superieur electrolytes as long as I stick to one or two servings in a day. Our water is horrible, so I often use the ZeroWater filter and add the electrolytes to make up for stripping everything out. Overall this is a thumbs up from me. Look for the Subscribe & Save Option if you want to save a little money & you’re not in a rush. There seem to be a lot of different listings, so dig around until you find your preferred format & flavor. It’s worth it. In do think this saved my keister on a 95-degree wildflower walk that was supposed to be 90 min & wound up being 4 hours! I was among the least wilted, despite regretting not carrying more water.

I don’t typically write reviews but I have to for this one - I’m not sure what they constitute as “great tasting” but it tastes AWFUL! I typically drink and love Redmond’s Relyte but I was looking for a lower sodium option. I got the peach mango and lime blueberry flavors and both tasted terrible and very fake. In addition, I am a breastfeeding mother and each time I tried to drink these (four times in total) my supply dipped and my letdown reflex slowed - NOT good. They should come with a warning for breastfeeding mothers. I have tried many different electrolyte brands throughout my 2 breastfeeding journeys and I’ve never had this issue. Overall I was very disappointed because I wanted to love these and I was really excited about the good, clean ingredients, but it’s a hard no. Will be returning them (thankful for the great return policy) as they definitely will not work for me.

We didn’t mind the taste, even though we thought it tastes more like a cherry taste - still delicious though. Comes with a small scoop.
