How easy would it be to remove adhesive after installed

very easy , just push it down . it leaves no marks on the surface it was taped on.

Could you replace the adhesive?

The hanger comes with extra adhesive. The adhesive is 3M brand, so you can always replace it. However, I've yet to have to replace any adhesive.

How much weight can this hold?

Holds my 1lb gaming headphones just fine. Needs to cure at least for a day after applying to whatever surface you stick it to though. I tried to hang my headphones after about 30 mins and it released from my desk and everything hit the floor. I let it cure for day and everything has been fine after that.

Can this fit 2 regular sized headphones?

Yes, I have two pairs of Beats, one Solo and one EP, hanging with no issue.
