Does this kit contain a wrench to tighten hex nuts? for hex

I just got mine. Yes, it does include a small wrench for hex nuts. Most people don't even notice it. Inside the box of screws there's a 3 in 1 screwdriver. Twist it in half and one end is a philips and the other end is a flat head. At the very end of the screwdriver it's cone shaped. This is the hex wrench.
