Exactly what I wanted! Great product!
I was a bit hesitant to purchase after reading all the reviews, but I am completely satisfied with this product. It was very easy to assemble, contained all the parts and even included PVC glue to make all parts permanent (although not mandatory). The product is very well engineered and the PVC is thick and sturdy. The pieces fit together very tightly. I did need to use a rubber mallet to connect the two pieces of the main support together, as the fit is very snug. This is a GOOD thing! I do suggest, as another reviewer stated, to fill the bottom cross stand portion with play sand to ensure extra stability against the wind and for hanging wet towels. I purchased for use with our hot tub and to replace a wood version that only lasted one year in the hot sun and humidity before warping and rotting! I think this one will last for many years to come.

Looks good and does the job.
Looks great, sturdy, holds four beach towels. I wish it were easier to assemble. The holes were difficult to wedge the pieces in.

Very sturdy for a great price!
Came right away (compared to another at twice the price that never showed up). Easily assembled, comes with PVC cement to hold it all together (although I did not use it as I would like to disassemble in the winter). The cross bars fit pretty tightly, but that is what you want. I just banged them in with a wooden mallet. Nice height to keep towels off the ground. Sturdy enough to support large wet microbead floats. Would highly recommend.

Pile of junk. Had to return.
It would be easy to install ---if the parts actually fit (which they didn't). Had to return. If I had put it together, it looks like it would have wobbled, and is certainly the cheapest looking towel rack that could ever disgrace your pool area. Would look like you put it together from scrap pvc piping. And to boot, it's not tall enough. Junk all around.

Great product!
We needed a solution for hanging our bathrobes and towels while in our hot tub, and this is perfect! I will say that we added some sand internally before we sealed up the bottom half for stability. We assembled it quickly and it has come in handy afterward for drying out our bathing suits. We highly recommend!

Not contructed well
The arms did not fit through the holes. I had to re-drill the six holes. Otherwise, works as advertised.

Holes improperly drilled
The holes for the cross pieces were not drilled correctly - couldnโt get any of the โarmsโ into the upright - I will have to try to hand grind the holes to fit the pieces - very disappointing

Good thing Iโm handy
For the price point you would expect this to be ready to assemble! Out of the box, the holes cut in the main post did not fit the pvc cross bars at all. The holes were way too small. About 1/8 inch too small. I considered boxing this back up 3+ times and returning it but the only thing that stopped me is that I know the pvc will last longer than the metal ones. I started with medium grit sand paper and I sanded out the holes until I could get the bars to start going through. It took about an hour and 2 sheets of sandpaper, lots of white pvc dust. Viola- the towel rack is now assembled. The good thing about the holes being too small is that they are not too big, but for this price point you would expect this to be an inspected product. Nope. Good for towels but small pain in the behind.
