I use this to water a large amount of plantings in my garden. It manages to maintain pressure on 50 or 60 pieces of 2l/minute nozzles in my garden. Highly recommend for automatic irrigation. Two minuses: 1. While the pump itself is completely sealed and watertight, the timer/elecrical plug part is only IP20 and must be placed either indoors or in a completely dry place outside. 2. It requires a LARGE container of water to not frequently run out.

Le câble électrique est suffisamment long et fin pour pouvoir passer par la fenêtre ou la porte et la fermer lorsqu'on n'a pas de prise électrique sur un balcon ou une terrasse. J'ai eu un autre système autonome solaire mais au moins je n'ai pas peur que celui-ci s'arrête faute de courant. Ici l'autonomie est contrainte par la taille de la cuve, le nombre de pots à arroser et le programme d'arrosage (un tableau résume la consommation journalière de chaque goute à goute selon les programmes). Ce dernier est d'ailleurs assez varié puisqu'il peut être déclenché de 8x par jour à 1x tous les 3 jours selon les besoins. C'est relativement coûteux, mais permet de partir l'esprit tranquille.

When I opened the box I was disappointed because it was an older model and not as described in the photo and I felt a bit cheated, but I decided to use it and actually now I'm glad to have it because the newer version isn't as good. I was going to send it back but I've changed my mind.

Have just set this up, and it's working perfectly. With a small balcony not connected to a tap, we wanted a way to automate watering - both during vacations and also generally. This pumps directly from a water container, and has good pressure - plenty and water flowing - plus a bunch of ways to customize the amount of water for each container based on the number of valves plus the different options for mins of pumping per 24 hours. Should help keep the tomatoes and others well looked after!
