This thing is a great pre workout. Very good flavor and the effects are very good for a hard workout. Gets you super pumped up with a nice sense of urgency. I’m at 6’1 240ibs so I went ahead and took one scoop which seems to be a pretty good size. The only down side is the amout that comes in the tub for the amount you pay. Almost 50 bucks for I believe 21 servings if you do a full scoop is kinda lack luster but if you don’t mind opening up the wallet a little bit, you’ll definitely have a great workout on this stuff

Arrived a week late, tub appears way larger in photos than what arrived. Its not less expensive than other brands. Its just a smaller package. Hey but the flavor is good.

LOVE this product and flavor . great product only need 3/4 a scoop to 1 scoop max .. you dont need more if you think you do . you need to drink more water all day and it will work . price is a little high i would like to see it about $15 cheaper

If you ever had pre-workouts where it feels like your chest is going to blow out in a painful way or your loss of breath after doing a hard set then you know what I’m talking about.
