I bought these as a substitute for doctor created brand that is kind of shady in its practices. My opinion Pros: reasonable cost, easy up digest and swallow, minimal packaging =little waste Cons:none so far Bottom line: I hoped these would help with an inflammatory issue that causes stomach upset and arthritis pain. So far, I e seen no improvement. Just taking this supplement without a radical diet adjustment is probably not enough. The two combined, though might really help.

Just received my order. Shipment now includes an expiration date along with the original manufacturing date that some folks were interpreting as the expiration date. I have taken this product before so I assume since it is totally sealed that it is legit. Excellent improvement from label communication standpoint. Thank you!
