Large sweet tart but works
Ok. 4 star for the HUGE size.. It is HUGE, chewable sweet tart. Other than that it's ok. Before taking them my husband and I experience either feet, leg or hand cramps daily. For me, at least 20 times a day. Our multivitamin has magnesium oxide and we realized this is the one that does not absorb easily into the body. After a day or two of taking this supplement, we noticed no more cramping. Both of us. Anyway, the HUGE size of these tablets have become a minimal nuisance compared to the cramping prior to taking them. We now take one hour before bed without hesitation.

Best Tablets – Easy to Chew, No More Muscle Spasms, and Better Sleep
The BRAINMD Dr Amen Magnesium Chewables in Citrus flavor are fantastic! Not only are they easy to chew with a refreshing citrus taste, but they’ve also helped me with muscle spasms and improved my sleep. I’ve been taking them for a while now, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in both my muscle comfort and overall restfulness at night. These are definitely a game-changer—highly recommend them!

Very hard to chew and the taste is not good
I don’t understand why this product has such a high rating. 1. The size of the tablet is huge (1 inch) that makes not easy to eat and I have to bite in several times and it’s very hard to chew. 2. The flavor is not good. Very sour flavor and must apply with water. This product most likely only apply to the person that have good teeth in order to chew completely. Otherwise any elders or someone who has teeth problem and due to the size of the tablet would have a risk of causing chocking problem.

Great for my kids
My kids have special needs and it can be a challenge to get some supplements into them. This does the trick cos it is chewable and it does its job. They are able to ‘go’ so much easier when they stay on this brand of magnesium. Love it!
