Probably too early, here are my initial thought. Color is tan and acceptable. Pre-worn, I see no problems in the stitching. I got size 34 and it fits as expected. Like the look. Will update later if I experience frayed stitching, holes in pockets, and wear after washing as well as color retention. Super lightweight, value is acceptable.

I bought a pair of Anthem shorts to replace the brand that I normally wore. I didn’t know anything about the company or quality of their clothing, but I thought I’d give them a try. That one pair has now turned into 5 pairs, with these being my most recent purchase. I love these shorts! The fit is great. I’m a 38 waist, and wear an XL in Anthem shorts. They fit comfortably around my waist, the legs fit closer around my thighs than my old brand, but that’s a good thing. These shorts actually look like they “fit” and have a much more athletic appearance on the body than previous shorts I’ve tried. They’re great for in the gym. They give just the right amount when lifting weights, but you don’t feel like you have to tighten the drawstring to keep them up. All in all these are a great pair of athletic shorts. I’m glad I gave Anthem a chance, because their shorts have become my favorite for the gym.

These shorts are cut to fit close to your body in all areas. If that is what you were looking for then these are perfect for you.. lightweight material and stretchy qualities make them very comfy for wearing around the house. The zipper quality is good, although I don’t use the front zip up pockets often.

Great shorts. Best around especially with the back pocket. However, stone looks like khaki color. Misrepresented colors

I play disc golf, hike, and work out in the gym, and these are great on the course, in the woods, and in the gym. They don't touch my knee caps, which drives me nut, and they aren't too tight and restricting or too loose that they get in the way of movement. Excellent for just about any outdoor or indoor sport. I even wear them bowling, though I prefer to dress up a bit more for bowling. I don't wear them as tight as MMA fighters, I've been a martial artist most of my life and have always worn loser clothing, but the newer style is tighter so they can't be grabbed as easily, if you are getting these for MMA style fighting, Judo, Hapkido, etc., go a size down. They will fit closer to compression/MMA style fighting shorts.

There are a lot of great shorts on the market. Unfortunately, these are not one of them. On mine, the rear zipper is difficult to access and failed after just one washing. As an aside, the design has the side pockets set just a bit too far back which makes access unnecessarily difficult. Try something else.

Purchased multiple pairs of the 7" inseam. These are a very substantial short. Unlike the RDX shorts (similar price but thinner than my mother in law's sense of humor), these feel like they're going to be here for a while. Now, if you don't like a thick short .. these may be too much for you as they include an inner liner. I love them but .. if thicker isn't for you .. these may not be for you.

Super soft. Perfect for the gym. I use them to play badminton in as they also allow a really great free range of movement.

Good color and quality

Would have liked the front pockets to be zipped and would have been perfect, light weight and comfortable.

These shorts are nice but do fit small. I would order one size bigger than what you normally wear. They are too expensive versus other options and I wouldn’t buy again based on the price.
