About 4 inches. This is my favorite mix, I am a chef and usually make my own this has a lovely texture

Dunno why not. However that would be something you would need to check of for food imports

Can this be used for waffles?

Yes - you add oil and egg but keep in mind that only very large batch recipes are on the bag.
