Good product, may need new cord cap for step up.
Works well, several plugs will fit. I had trouble with fitting a Euro or UK plug, it would not hold tightly, so I changed the plug with a U.S. plug (cord cap) and works fine now. The transformer comes with a euro-plug on the cord, if you are using it to step up, you will need an adaptor or change the plug.
