There are four packs and I use them in my small igloo cooler. I love lining each side with one and adding ice over the drinks or food. The packs keep the ice from melting longer.I placed my cooler with 4 packs, ice, and 9 drinks for the delivery drivers on a day with 106 heat index (Florida) and was blown away that a couple hours later the ice was hardly melting.I know my UPS and Amazon drivers appreciated the cold drinks. There thin but really work well.I am going to order some more because their so thin which makes them easy to stuff in small spaces in your freezer and cooler but stay cold a long time.Definitely would work great with lunch containers and simple to wash and rinse in water.They look exactly like the image. I have had this 8 set of ice packs for exactly 7 years now. All 8 of them are still going strong. No leaks or cracks. In my 3 children’s insulated school lunchboxes, 1 of which has a plastic bento inside of it, these keep their food nice and cold for several hours. Very satisfied. 🙂

They keep food cool and are perfect for everyday use.Depending on how long you need your lunch to stay cold, I'd recommend packing a couple of extra ice packs for extended cooling.
