I have 70 inch tv is this suitable for tv size?

Govee makes this in a smaller size for screens 55-65" which may be the better fit for your screen size. For reference, I used that smaller kit with no issues on my 85" TV before this larger size was available.

how Govee performs on dark accent color walls like "dark gray or blue"?

The TV Backlight performs better in a dim environment. The dark grey/blue walls don't make much of a difference to the lights.

Would this be adequate for a 98" TV?

I had the 65 version on my 85 and it was good, I upgraded to the 75-85 and was way better. So I guess you could try but the camera placement will be difficult. I will probably not recommended for a TV this big, but you can always try, if it does not work you can always returned.
