What can I say? I am a 56-year-old man foreseeable future will need diapers and pads. The key is the combination of both the diapers with the pads. The diapers are more expensive so you add the pads to the diapers to save money. Change out the pads and you can save the diaper. These pads are fantastic. They hold a lot of Liquid. Very inexpensive but durable! The adhesiveness is not great but really not necessary they work well enough they don’t move. I highly recommend!

I recently had surgery and needed the use of incontinence pads during recovery. i was somewhat shocked at the price points of many of the available products. The Amazon Basics pads are providing effective protection, stay in place with the sticky backing, are easily removed for disposal, are reasonably comfortable given that they are somewhat thick, and are a great price point. If you are looking for similar pads for more than a brief temporary control, then these provide a great affordable option. So far I have been 100% pleased. My only suggestion is that if your leakage is not so severe then you could consider a product that might be somewhat thinner (if such products exist) for long term comfort These pads are definitely on the thicker side but it was what I needed after my surgery. Fortunately, once these are in place I hardly notice I am wearing them. It all depends on your sensitivity to having a pad in your underwear. Because my needs are very temporary I unfortunately can't comment beyond what I have described above. After a few weeks I won't need these pads any longer but I am so relieved to have had them.

I’ve used all the brand names but decided to give these a shot based solely on price. I was surprised how well they do the job. Descent sticking power, a good length and width and pretty good absorption. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is that I always believe anything can be improved. I recommend these highly.

Product is excellent. The glue to hold in place and the absorbency is better than the leading national brand.

I had a prostatectomy for cancer and now have incontinence at night. The pad works well as it absorbs quickly. This is something I noticed with Depends. If it is a surge of a larger quantity, the Depends will sometimes fail to absorb quick enough to catch it. The Amazon pads are made for 8 hour protection and when I wake up the pad has swelled to capture the leakage. I do not find it uncomfortable but definitely time to change. I do not have much trouble during the day with leakage, just at night. I use boxer shorts and they provide a tight fit. I have a 6 inch package so I install the pad a little lower in the shorts to utilize the absorbent material better. There is a guide on the pad where it should be installed. If you have an accident be sure to change the pad. If all else fails get the Depends underwear.

Absorption is not strong!

I have been buying these for over a year now. My husband had a prostatectomy and he’s worn these for months. At first he had heavy incontinence so he wore with a diaper/pull up for extra protection however, he never leaked out of these shields. They don’t bulge, they fit good, are true to size and the material is soft.

I need these because I recently had prostrate cancer surgery and they work very well. I feel that they are absorbent enough for my situation. That situation is occasional leakage in small amounts. You don't feel them because they are small and are designed to adhere to underpants. After surgery you might want something larger in the beginning. As you do exercise and relearn to control flow these are what you will want to use. They control odor and no one will know you are wearing them. The price is good especially if you have Amazon Prime and you avoid any embarrassment buying them at the retail market. I hope this is a temporary need but for the time being, I can go anywhere with confidence. I don't feel that they are bulky and I have not had any guards rip even when I am exercising or riding my bike.
