can i replace sl32 2r025 with a AS model

Yes - but the AS has different, heavier, leads (may not fit PCB holes) and is designed to take greater power surge before sacrificially failing. The AS was designed with same ambient resistance and same very low resistance at 25A as the SL version. Circuit function is identical. Supposedly fails less often after huge power spikes like lightning strikes. (And more expensive.)
