Does this product contain Novamin?

According to the package labeling, it does not contain novamin (or its generic equivalent).

May I know that how many units per pack, and expired date. Tq

The addon at $4.89 or so is for only one tube. The expiration date will change according to when you order it, so no one can tell you which date you'll personally receive. Ours had a good expiration date, tho. If you need more than one tube, we've also bought Sensodyne in a set of 12 tube; just search Amazon to find that bulk product.

What is the difference between Sensodyne Repair and Sensodyne Pronamel?

I have used the enamel whitening for years and not necessarily from this toothpaste (only) but also from many years of using whitening toothpaste and strips it ruined my enamel and my teeth are very sensitive and they hurt. I just started using this repair and protect (no whitening) and it feels so good when I brush my teeth. No pain. It's almost as if I am adding a layer of cream on my teeth I mean it's smooth and my teeth don't hurt when I brush them. I highly recommend.

Is it possible to order a toothpaste containing Novamin if I live in the US? Can I order it on some European or Canadian website for example?

I just ordered from that ebay link provided to your question and it was 7.95 free shipping and it does have novamin in it. I'm curious to hear the review from K_chihuahua so maybe she will see this & give us a review. Could be June 9th before it arrives but if it's works I'm okay with that. ;)
