Great little roller; good price, good size.
Works great! My adult daughter helped me reapply spray adhesive to laminate in my LQ. We let the adhesive set for about 20 seconds then smoothed (rolled) it tight with this little roller so we were able to cover the entire area. Rolls easily with minimal pressure.

Not the greatest for art
Decent quality for the price and is more than suitable for spreading glue or for installing and setting things like sound absorbing matting or laminate, but is less than ideal for paint unless finishing with a brush or a different tool. The roller has two seams across the face of the roller that will leave marks. It is not a good substitute for a proper brayer. The seams are high enough to catch a finger nail. The rest has two spots that are good for placing the thumb to reduce fatigue and slipping if installing something that requires pressure (thumb rests for left or right hand use). Not bad for one-off projects, but I'd find something with a more ergonomic handle if it is a larger project or if it is something that is being used more frequently.

Effective Application with Weight, Lacks Swivel
In my quest to provide a safer environment for my senior dog, I recently acquired a Rubber Roller to help me lay down traction strips on my back deck. This simple tool proved to be quite effective in addressing the issue, and after some use, I'd like to share my thoughts on it. Pros: Worked as expected: The Rubber Roller performed exactly as I had hoped. It made the task of laying down traction strips on my deck a breeze. Its design allowed for even pressure and adherence of the strips to the surface, providing a safer walking area for my senior dog. The simplicity and effectiveness of this tool were certainly its biggest strengths. Has some weight to it: One of the unexpected advantages of this rubber roller is its weight. While it may not be exceptionally heavy, it has just the right amount of weight to help with the rolling process. This added weight made it easier to apply consistent pressure and ensure that the traction strips were securely bonded to the deck. Cons: Lack of swivel option: A minor inconvenience that I encountered while using the Rubber Roller was the absence of a swivel option. At times, when I needed to navigate corners or curved areas on my deck, it would have been more convenient to have a swivel feature. This would have made the tool more versatile and easier to maneuver in tight spaces. In conclusion, the Rubber Roller proved to be a valuable addition to my efforts in creating a safe environment for my senior dog. It performed as expected, effectively applying traction strips to my deck surface. The weight of the roller was an unexpected benefit, aiding in the application process. However, the absence of a swivel option did pose some minor challenges when dealing with corners and curves. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable tool to assist with laying down traction strips, this Rubber Roller is a solid choice.

Every tool box should have one
I bought it to apply Eternabond tape to my hot tub cover. Worked well and helped me get a firm bond. Very sturdy tool. Pressed on it with a lot of pressure and it's still perfect. The handle is easy to grip without slipage.

Avoid unseemly, unglued edges.
I use this for gluing leather. I make knife sheaths. I apply the glue, allow it to sit. While it is sitting, I roll it. Welt to sheath backing or entire sheath together. The pressure of the roller uniformly spreads the glue. After I unclamp my glue job, I do NOT find places where there is no glue. There is solid glue spread all along the edge w no unglued, unseemingly gaps, which I find so frustrating.

Saved my elbows and good quality.
Perfect tool to affix stamps to envelopes and save my elbow from constantly pushing down on my hands to do it otherwise. If you are constantly pushing something onto paper and want to save your arms, this item is a very good alternative. It's good quality and well worth the price.
