A Perfect Piece of Technology Overall I am 100% Satisfied with price and quantity

Expensive Printer, Zero Support
I purchased the HP Smart Tank 750 All-in-One printer last year for around โน25,000. Before this, I used a Brother printer, which was much more user-friendly and reliable. Unfortunately, my HP printer stopped working and displays an E4 error. I tried contacting HP customer support using the number provided with the printer, but the number was not working. I also took the printer to a local service center, but they were unable to repair it because they could not find the required spare parts. For a printer in this price range, I expected better product support and service availability. As a result, I am currently forced to rely on local Xerox/printing shops for my printing needs. Based on my personal experience, I regret this purchase and would not recommend this printer. I believe potential buyers should carefully consider the availability of after-sales service and spare parts before investing their hard-earned money in this product.

overpriced and some feature could be improved, other wise nice.
Product is ok, overpriced compared to brother with same features. Unless you use the app from mobile or laptop, the printer itself doesnโt intuitive or have enough buttons to help. This could have been improved in a big printer or touch facilities should have been made available. Another thing is the id card feature doesnโt retain actual size which makes it difficult to use in govt offices. This is more a software feature and guess could be improved. Product is easy to install, comes nicely packed. Duplex feature is good. Use of mobile app is extremely easy.

One year Printer experience and after sales experience
I bought this one last year and suddenly it is started showing some error! We reached to customer care and they took 7 days to send someone to check the printer! The technician said its printer heads are not working. We tried to ask the reason what could have caused this. But the guy said no reason sir. It just happened. Now the coast of repair is 10K. I went to a local repair shop and got surprised to see so many same model and a model above this one lying there. The guy said sir this printer is coming here very very often and since the repair cost is too high people are not coming back to collect it ? We use this 4/5 times in a month and that too for 4/5 pages. Mainly kids homework and practice sheet. Very very bad printer
