New, unused remote as claimed.
I was sceptical that I could buy an unused replacement remote for my blu-ray player since I bought it more than five years ago. When I got my replacement remote and put in the batteries (not provided), I could tell it was never used because the buttons were still stiff. It is the same model as my original remote and works perfectly. Finding this remote available has saved me a lot of money - when I broke my original remote, I thought I would have to spend around a hundred dollars to buy a whole new blu-ray player, but this remote only cost me six dollars. It arrived quickly, only two days after I ordered it as well.

No manual, can't connect to VIZIO TV
The remote is good, and works with the Sony DVD player. But it has the option to also control a TV and there are no instructions on how to program it. I tried solutions found on the web and still could not connect it to the TV.
