Really impressed with these Balega Blister Resist socks. They feel great to run in — soft, comfortable, and no rubbing or slipping. The fit is snug without being tight. So far, no blisters at all and they feel high quality. Definitely worth it if you’re after reliable running socks that perform well.

Autumn/ winter socks for running
Not got blisters, very comfortable, best for colder weather as a bit higher than ankle socks, plus are a bit thicker, plus black stays one colour when washing again and again.

It actually stopped my blisters
I’m a heavy runner and was getting blisters on both my feet in the same areas… I changed shoes, tried petroleum jelly, anti chaffing stuff and bought some running socks that were recommended to me. None really fully worked over distances 6km+…. Until I bought these socks. They really do work for me and I’m super glad I went for it.
