Everything is wrong! 1. Amazon Plastic is already open/ ripped 2. It is not as described- The brand is not COMFIER! It is a CHEAP generic scalp massager. 3. Missing parts! No massage cluster/knead and no charger- no way to even try if this works. 4. I ordered white, and they sent me pink! It is ultimately a waste of money.

Una maravilla para las migrañas. La pila le duró 3 usadas de como 30 minutos cada una, lo cuál es suficiente para quitar una pequeña migraña. No se atora el cabello y hasta mi gatita le gusta usarlo en su pancita haha.

Loud sounds coming from product after several use with faint burning smell. Product came with a 2 year warranty card but was told by support that it was invalid (because it was sold by Amazon?). Repeated emails about the defects was not replied. Highly disappointing!
