Over the years, I have bought six of these devices from Lothill Solutions. I now have the if these units that are not reading correctly. I have tried to reach their support team online, but phone, and by email and it's been frustrating. A voice message answers their calls and hangs up without any opportunity to speak to their representatives. I signed up and left 2 tickets and still nothing. I'm sure that my issue has a simple solution to those who know, but they seem to not want to deal with their customers. I would love some guidance. Is it a hardware issue, if so, how do I replace? Or is it a software upgrade issue? Please assist!!!

Price was great, the computer geek from my office wasted no time getting it on. Customer service seemed to come through for my manager when she called. They seem to be able to print a decent time sheet for all the staff. Also I preferred to get the finger thing ONLY bc when it is the entire set up - you STILL need to be connected to a computer and the hardware seems much more fragile than just the finger pad along. Think about it - why would you buy a 8x8x8 inch thingie if you get away with buying a 0.2 x 1x 2 inch thingie… Even just to save desk space!!! This thing seems to working for a staff and they like it. Only thing is the computer that hosts it - can't turn that baby for whatever reason I am not aware of why but my staff comes yell at me when I turn it off by accident haha!

We have had a lot of issues with the accuracy of the clocking in/out. The device does not emit any sound. You can only tell if you clocked incorrectly from the light located RIGHT WHERE YOU PUT YOUR FINGER. We had to have the office manager look at the PC screen while the 25 employees punched in and out. Half the time they do it wrong and walk away. Many times the sensor doesn't pick up the fingerprint. Looking for a replacement with a "beep" feedback or a screen so that it can be placed in the warehouse. Not good for many employees, as they need to walk into the office at every punch-in.

This unit is advetized as plug and play it takes a while to get it registured and logged in i was a few min away from calling my it guy to come hook this up. I would suggest save the money and go with a better more user friendly system. the web site to register is not the easiest to navigate.

I have been using this software since 8/2019. The finger scanner worked for maybe a month. No big deal the employees all logged in with a username and password. Had an issue and could not access the software two days ago. I have called and emailed and no one has gotten back to me. We just bought a new system with real professional support I will never use this again.

This program is very easy to setup and use. The staff likes the fingerprint scanner and think its the coolest thing! It's very easy to manage everyone's hours, edit missed punches as well as printing out time sheets that show both regular and any overtime hours worked. I recommend this for any small office. I have this for my small medical office with a total of 10 employees.

At first we had were unable to get tech support. However, once we were able to make contact, they stood behind their product, got us the product code we needed, and gave us suggestion to help us resolve us our problems. ANN B. PLAINFIELD, IL

Tried to install on 2 different computers and the finger scanner would not work on either one of them. Tech support was very fast and tried to fix the problem on the first computer but couldn't and told me to try to install on another computer. I did this and the same problem happened. I had even sent back the original product thinking it was defective and had it replaced and still a no go....
