I see different colors have different sizing? It's confusing. I'm 5'10" and 145lbs, muscular build. would like a few pairs, help!

Probably medium? I am 5’7” and 116 pounds, and XS is snug on me.

Is there a seam on the inside of the thigh?

Yes there is a seam. I have worn these tights 3 times now and they are super comfortable and I have had no irritation from the seam. These are well made tights.

Are the patches leather, or?

I bought the full seat and the patches were actually non existent. Mine had transparent tacky silicone printed seat. They are great, I bought more

can these be put in the dryer or do they need to hang to dry?

She dries them in the dryer on warm. They dry quickly.
