This is perfect for persons who has allergy. Put some in some hot water and steam your face it especially if you have a stuffy nose. You will feel much better after using it. Very strong peppermint scent comes from it.

I used it for herbal medicine but it’s also good works just like Vicks whenever my kids get cold or get sick put one piece in the humidifier it’s works really good

it worked absolutely marvelously! I have had sinus issues for over 20 years. Like other reviewer stated, I boiled some water and added no more than two menthol crystals in there. Within minutes, my sinuses were cleared, and my headache reduced significantly. Will be purchasing more.

Loved the smell upon first opening, the main downside is the packaging. It's not resealable so you have to find another container. If this were shipped in a aluminum lined plastic jar (close to a large pill bottle) it would be a lot better as the jar would prevent crystal breakage.

I read somewhere that sniffing menthol improved the cognition and had brain protective activity in mice. The kind of mint highest in menthol is cornmint, followed by peppermint. However, the menthol is often reduced in the essential oils because I guess nobody wants to smell like bengay. These crystals well packaged in a good envelope so you can sniff it but your house doesn't smell reek of menthol.

Be prepared to be blown away with this amazing scent. I received this product in a timely manner, and it was packaged appropriately. I couldn't wait to try out my new menthol crystals. I melted a small amount in a glass bowl and added the liquid to the pain relief salve I prepared. I am blown away by how strong the menthol is. Plant Guru is amazing. I will definitely purchase this again from them soon. Check out my photos. 04.29.2017 UPDATE: I posted a photo of my homemade pain relief salve. I brought the menthol crystals to add to my recipe for the salve and it worked great. My salve is very strong and minty. I used it on my back and knees, then placed a heating pad on my back and the pain went away. I absolutely love this product. My friends and family wants to try it out as well. I will make samples for them. I highly recommend Plant Guru Menthol Crystals for your homemade products. I can't wait to order my next one.

I like to use these menthol crystals in my bath, when I am sore or having breathing issues. But be cautious--you only need a tiny bit of one crystal. They are very potent, and will give a strong cooling/tingling effect on your skin, as well as the familiar methol vapors. Overall a very good product. Five stars!
