The plate is good as expected however the vertical wrench supplied disintegrated on the first use. I had to use pliers to attach to the collar.

For some reason this filters out the tone sound on our collar. Like I could crank it up as high as it goes and my dog still didn’t hear the tone. She felt the knick, but never the tone. Had to go with another collar for our needs but this could be good depending on yours.

We are currently training our dog off leash. The two prong contact pad was too harsh for our medium size dog. The comfort pad made a huge difference in training.

Prior to buying this when I was using original prong contacts, my dogs were getting irritation marks on their necks. This is a life saver and my dogs don't get marks on their necks anymore. This really should be the default prongs.

I bought it for my sensitive skin dog, but has fluffy hair and kind of difficult to make contact to skin. Still scraches, but less than regular, but as said little difficult the contact because of the kind of hair of my dog.
