Will this work with overhead door brand door opener and mighty mule gates? Thanks

The opener learns from the current remote. If the door opener has a learn button it should work. Programmed a community gate from the current remote. Have no idea of the gate manufacturer.

Can anyone who got this to clone a linear mt-1b gate remote tell me what process you used. it is not working for me.

Does the original remote use dip witches? If so, there won't be a "learn" button on the receiver. The hardest part of programming this remote is aligning the original remote with the new one to get the original one to "train" the new one. You will know when the two remotes are in the correct position when the light flashes on the new remote while pushing the transmit on the original. Finding this position involves moving the original remote closer, then farther, then rotating it around the new one until it's the correct distance and angle. It does take a little time, but the remote works great for me. I use it on two home garage door openers (two different manufacturers) and an office gate. I can open them all from over 100 meters away. I hope this helps.

Is this remote compatible with homelink? i want to clone my current fob for my security gate to program to my car's homelink.

It should work, I don't have the list anymore, but it is compatible with just about everything.
