Top quality! My large breed dog takes this supplement to counteract the skin and fur effects of taking a steroid medication longterm. Last month I decided to save some money and switched him to a lower quality Niacinamide made by a popular brand of vitamins and supplements found at grocery stores. In no time, his fur started thinning out all over his body and his skin became dry and flaky to the point it looked like dandruff. I bought the Thorne brand again to see if this caused the change. Within a week or two, his fur is growing back and skin is no longer dry. I was shocked!! Yes, it’s more expensive but totally worth it!

All I can say is…wow!!! I’ve been taking this for about a month and I have more energy and I’m also sleeping much better. I’ve struggled with insomnia for the past 20 years. So this feels like a miracle. I wish I had found this supplement years ago but I’m glad I found it now.

I only took these for about 2 weeks with my lunch but stopped because my face was starting to get a lot of bumps and break out. I don't normally get break outs (I'm 42 yrs old now) and I didn't have an issue with acne as a teen but started breaking out on my cheeks after taking these. I stopped to see what happens and my face is clearing back up. I had bought these thinking these were the pills my husband's doc was recommended but it was something else. I decided to take these anyways and now have stopped due to the breakouts. I might try them again later down the road but as of right now I would not recommend them since I'm not prone to breakouts but it still caused me breakouts.
