Hi, I purchased a Charlotte Tilbury Eye Colour Magic Liner Duo (Mesmerising Maroon). I love the colours but the liner breaks into black specs when applied and is a nightmare to remove also. Shame 🥲 Is it possible it is old/brittle 🤔
