Does the buckle fit all door handles?

No. The internal dimensions of the buckle are 1.42 × 1 in, so it is NOT for handles with a diameter greater than 1". Please measure your door handle before purchasing to make sure it fits properly.

Can I reset the password?

Yes. We highly recommend you take a photo or write down your new password after resetting to avoid password‑loss trouble. If you forget your password and you can't reset it, the lock box is useless.

Can I mount this key box on the wall, or only hang it?

This lock box cannot be mounted on a wall. It can only be hung.

What is the internal size of the lock box? How many keys can it hold?

The lock box has an internal size of about 7.5 × 6.5 × 3 cm. With this storage space, it can hold up to 5 house keys, or other small items such as a U disk.

What scenarios is this outdoor key hider suitable for?

Widely used in emergency access, vacation houses, pet sitters and more indoor and outdoor situations where spare keys are needed. Recommended to install it in a shelteredpalce to extend the service life.
