Can these be used on the mavic 3 enterprise drones (m3e/m3t)?

Yes their are 5 different models of mavic 3 lines that use the same aircraft design. All the props are identical. Only differences are the cameras and storage.

I have found that the orange tips on these blades fall off occationally on my Mavic 3 Cini. Does anyone just sell the tips?

No , they are molded to the blades , they are not made to be replaceable , you have to replace the whole blade when the orange tips start coming off .
