I don't know what part of the pipe is blocked, but bristled pipe cleaners can help clear it. Soak the cleaners in a solution of 80% grain alcohol and the balance being a favorite liqueur. Separate the stem from the bowl and try running a cleaner through each. You should find the blockage quickly.
