I believe it should . I have a 2007 FJ with the 4.0 engine - you should be able to goggle 2007 forerunner ,what oem filter fits it

will the oil filter 90915-yzzd3 work on a 2002 tundra 4 wheel drive

My brother and I buy these to fit our V8 1Gen Tundra trucks. His truck is a 2002 and mine's a 2005 ~ both with the V8 engines. I believe the V6 engine uses a different filter than this one.Hope this helps.

As many miles as your oil will last. For instance my 4Runner goes 7500 between oil changes. The filter gets changed with the oil. Make sense?
