Nintendo NES Controller - NES

It works and it takes me back to the time of my life when I didn't have carpal tunnel and bad joints. Its a faithful reproduction of the controller on which must of us developed our first calluses trying to get Mario past Bowser. I was very fortunate to purchase it via an Amazon Special for MSRP as it now is at least double in pricing from other sellers.

This is garbage!! The controller has a lag when pressing the buttons and the start button doesn’t even work. I got robbed!! Doesn’t even come in a box. What a waste of money. I would have given it no stars if that was an option. Great scam though!

This NES Classic Contoller has been harder to find at local stores than the actual console itself! They quickly sell out online or fly off the shelves as many look to resell and make a profit. This controller has the same nostalgic look and feel from the good ol' 8-bit retro days. As other reviewers have already mentioned, the only downside is it's short cord which will force you buy an extension pack. Hopefully this is something Nintendo will look to fix in the near future. Item arrived quickly through Prime without any damage to its box nor contents.

Absolute garbage! They should not be selling these controllers.

Great seller and product! Let me just say, I went through three other sellers before finding this one. All of those NES controllers did not work nor did they have the original box. I wish I found this one first! It is now over a month after I got the original controller as a gift for my husband for valentines day, and I an overjoyed that this one works and my husband and son can finally play together.

Has the feel of The original NES controller with the performance of a modern one. It’s price point is also lower than competitors wired or wireless. Two drawbacks; One: it’s wire is woefully short at approximately 30” stem to stern. Two: it’s incredibly hard to find. Hopefully Nintendo produces the wishbone and fightstick variants that came out in the later production run and the Zapper.

The controller feels physically identical to the original NES ones, and is the same unit that comes with a new NES Classic, but it must have incredibly cheap guts. Within a month of light use the D-pad started to get sloppy feeling, and by two months both the pad and the A and B buttons frequently fail to register presses, or occasionally register several presses all at once. This controller at two months old is far, far worse than my 30-year-old original NES controllers, and too frustrating to use. It's garbage.

Unfortunately the base NES Classic only comes with one controller, so buying one of these is the only way to play two player games. It works great and the build quality is nice for the price but the cable is extremely short making it a bit uncomfortable to play depending on where you set up the NES Classic. Recommended to buy extension cables for all your NES Classic controllers.

Nintendo really hit the ball out of the park on this re-creation. Absolutely amazing quality. It feels 100% like the original NES Controller made in 1985 from the glossy slightly concave buttons, to the rubber texture of the Start / Select buttons, and the slight give of the cross-pad. Even the stuck-on graphic on the face of the controller has the slightly gritty and smooth texture from the original! The only disadvantage, the cable is too short! Approximately 30 inches compared to the original at 91 inches.

Producto original y excelente calidad. Vale la pena para acompletar tu mini nes clasic. No me gustan los genéricos por qué tienen retraso y estos funcionan perfecto.

Este control desde la salida del NES mini me era prácticamente imposible conseguir a menos que pagara precios obscenos de los revendedores, pero aquí lo conseguí a precio casi de salida, estoy satisfecho con la compra; el artículo esoriginal, viene sellado de fábrica y distribuido por Latamel.

Cumple las expectativas en cuanto a software. El problema que tiene es que el cable HDMI y el cable del control remoto son muy cortos y hay que estar a menos de un metro del monitor. Te OBLIGA a comprar extensiones ya sea para el HDMI o para los controles

If you like to sit on the fooor in front of the TV, just like the good old days, this one is for you. Works perfectly though.
