Felt Backpack Organizer

This is great for organization and is still flexible and soft. Helped my back walking to campus with my laptop and iPad in it. Helps distribute the weight in the back pack better. Fit my Jansport. I had two back packs that I would change and I could literally just take this out of one back pack with all my items in it and insert it to the next to make switching bags easier. Lots of pockets. I like the zipper. Sturdy and durable.

Got this to organize the diaper bag better. It fits the diapers and wipes in the large middle pocket and other small personal things for me and the child in the other ones. It fit well in our diaper bag with a little bit of room on the side for a water bottle to slide in next to it. It doesn’t add any extra weight to the bag since it is very light and helps things stay in place and organized. It was easy to get set up and use. Would definitely recommend if you need to keep a bag or any kind organized or as a gift for those who always lose things in their purse.

Just fits a 4th gen iPad Air in a case in the tablet pocket. It will not go in with the Apple pencil docked. Organizer on the whole just fits in a kanken mini. Feels correct, gives the bag a lot more structure. Only real gripe is the felt design of the pockets means most of them are fairly narrow and/or have limited forward flex. I wish the sides were elastic or it had fewer, wider pockets or something. I've still made it work, but (for example) my inhaler will go in a skinny pocket, but only upside down. Think more pens and small supplies for all but the 1, and even it is limited by the stiffness/slant design pulling away from the organizer. Not a deal breaker for me, might be for you. I'm predominantly using it for the tablet pocket and the large central one. Fit but was a bit overwhelmed with the iPad and an OLED switch in a fairly regular case. In a specifically slimmer case it fits much better and still allows some things beside/in front of it. Will say I've accidentally knocked my backpack on the laminate floor (couch seat height/coffee table, not from standing) and my iPad is fine. I did leave the Kanken seat pad in for extra padding.

Right size finally for my bag-pack. Love it. The pockets are great for My small items . My recommendation , get the next bigger size for your backpack. They tend to come small, in other words not true to the size measurements in actual.

I love this, it fits my Kanken ORIGINAL (please make sure u look at the measurements) perfectly and the quality is really good. The built in zipper pockets are really nice, they fit my laptop and my kindle nicely :-) it also keeps the shape of my backpack, I just had to shove a squishmallow into it overnight and it held its shape after that. I’m so happy about this product, I didn’t really like the Kanken at first because it had no organizers inside but this really fixed that issue! 100% recommend this, it’s super lightweight and durable and it fits all of my school supplies for college :)

This insert seems well manufactured and it's perfectly lightweight, while the felt material looks and feels good. Plenty of pockets, although the zippers may not be the best. I am using the insert (an XL) in an old 32L Patagonia Chacabuco pack and the fit is just right. My only major complaint is that the sides and bottom of the unit seem to be soft and flimsy. As a solution, I'm adding painted and glued cardboard inserts to give it the structural strength I believe the item needs. (Four pieces of 12 by 4 -1/2 inches for the two sides and one piece of 9-1/2 x 4-1/2 inches for the bottom). Refer to pics.

Fits nicely in my Jansport backpack. I wanted something to hold my ipad pro 12.9" and large 7x9 planner. It has a lot of pockets, so I can put my airpods, business cards, folded papers, pens. I use the tallest zip section for my ipad pro 12.9". It fits fine with the case on it. My planner fits nicely in the middle widest section. It has elastic loops in that section, but I don't put my water bottles in there.

Very handy - lots of pockets and compartments for all my gadgets, phone, camera (full size) and tablet. Soft to touch, yet rigid enough to provide internal support to a soft backpack.

Really love this. Bought a new backpack that left a bit to be desired with the number of pockets. This thing solves that completely and keeps my backpack very well organized.

The felt material is stiff and holds the shape well but a bit thick so it reduces the space within the compartments. I like how it helps organize my belongings in my Hershel backpack but sad that one of the zipper pull broke off shortly after I got it.
