Support won't return my call or answer any ...
I have called multiple times . Requesting support but they have ignored my emails and calls. The tool is very efficient . But the support is really bad and the seller has not return back to me with any answers.

ITs not a $6000 Fluke. It does do what it says it will do and I have no complaints.

Good Tool, Horrible Case
The tool is useful and the reports are impressive. However, the case it comes in could be much better. I can't believe you pay this much for a tool and it includes a cheap, cloth carrying case. The case started tearing after about a month. The zippers get stuck when fully open and the tools fall out of their holders when the bag gets tilted the slightest. I did have a case where the tool certified two cables (mapped correctly and certified to 1000Mb), less than 120 feet. When they were plugged into new access points there were two issues. The devices negotiated at 100Mb and the switch showed wires 7 & 8 as open. I replaced the keystones on both sides and they worked correctly. Besides this instance the tool has worked great.

Not worth it...even at this price
1. Bad design. The menu system is horrible, the button layout is aggravating getting to where you need to go. 2. Battery power. The unit and wand take a 9v battery, but when it's not is use you have to pull the 9v out because the battery drains while not in use. Have to replace a 9v almost every 2 weeks. 3. Most companies do not accept the certifier report being it's an excel spreadsheet macro. The report can easily be manipulated to show all is fine when it's not. And the branding is on everything, i mean everything. 4. You get what you pay for. It's not a $10,000 Fluke so don't expect it to act as such.
