How is the bench for tall people? I'm 6'2

I’m also 6’2”. I use the bench everyday with no problems. Good quality for the money

Is this product durable？

It is lighter than I had thought it would be. It’ll get the job done, but it’s not as nice as one as you’d get in a gym. Cushioning is a bit softer, not hard and firm.

Missing screw to head rest, how do i get it replaced?

Contact either the a) seller "Keppi" which is based in California or b) contact Amazon immediately. Generally speaking screws are easily replaceable at Lowes or any hardware store but for this specific bench you would need to measure the width and depth of the hole that is missing it's screw. One way would be to see if it matches the size of the other screws that you did have upon arrival.
