finally got to try this chpiotle sauce and as long as i don't smother my burgers in it it's really good. a friend and i had stopped on the way home from a trip to catch a bite of lunch. i had a burger that had chipotle on it. aaand i found i really liked it, well that's why i bought this stuff, and i can say i am NOT disappointed. this stuff is delicious, i just wouldn't go over board with it.

Chipotle has always been a bit of a mixed bag for me. It's either been all smoke, or all pepper, but never a solid balance of both. Enter Terrapin Ridge. I first found a bottle of this at a big box discount retailer and decided to give it a go. Oh my goodness, this stuff is amazing! A touch of heat, a hint of smoke, it's the perfect combination to take a sandwich from "Not bad," to "What's your trick?!!?!" Take a couple slices of sourdough, butter them up and toss them on the griddle (butter side down). Add a weighty slice of sharp cheddar to once slice, grill until the bread is just starting to brown and the cheese is warm, but not melty. Add a heap of finely shaved turkey or chicken (bonus points if it's herb-roasted), add your Terrapin Ridge sauce, a little mustard, and a dash of pepper, assemble your halves into a sandwich and grill until rich, golden brown. Serve with a spicy dill and watch your friends and/or family look on in bewilderment as you trick them into believing you finally learned how to cook! You can turn regular ranch dressing into chipotle ranch with this stuff. It goes nicely on burgers, too.

I originally found this much cheaper at a local store, but my husband got addicted to it and now I can’t find it anywhere. It has a smoky chipotle, but flavorful taste with some heat. It’s delicious on tacos, rice, mixed in a salad, the options are endless. I wish it wasn’t so expensive as it also came with a pretty quick expiration date, but it’s so tasty we’re gonna find a way to eat it right away. It is something you need to refrigerate after opening as well.

Love this sauce, great addition for meat, fish and eggs

I cannot express how much I love this Chipotle sauce. My family loves it too, and we just can't get enough of it. The taste is incredible with the perfect amount of spiciness and full of flavor. I almost put it on everything, from pizza to broccoli, burritos, potatoes, quesadillas, and any vegetables I have. I also use it in my chicken and steak dishes. I have become obsessed with this sauce. I had never thought of subscribing to a sauce before, but this is one that I would definitely subscribe to. If we don't have it at my house, my family becomes unhappy campers. If i could give this sauce a higher rating I would.
