Amazing product
Amazing I noticed a big difference after using it I struggled with UAE water which causes rash and hair loss but this filter really helps

Easy to install, efficient
I liked the fast delivery, easy attachement, and the fact that the product is sturdy. I could feel the difference in washing my hair the first time I tried it. The hair is soft and not at all sticky/dry.

Impossible to open
I had high hopes for this product. I was excited to install and try it but unfortunately it is impossible to open the cartridge head! As instructed in the manual it came with, step 1 before installation is to open it and remove the packaging on the inner filter. But... It is sealed shut!! I tried everything and it won't budge. Maybe I have a defective piรจce but either way I'm returning this product.

Nice design
Is certainly hard to give a honest review without proper water testing so my review is based in the feel after shower. The water in my house is very bad and you can immediately tell by the way your hair and skin feels after shower. Since I installed the filter I noticed a big difference so it is working.

Not useful at all
Bought this to cure hardness in water of Gurgaon but this didn't work at all, The TDS remained exactly same despite using this device.

Easy Fit
This filter is straightforward to fit and works very well. It's nice to have softer-feeling water instead of the harshness of water with so many chemicals in it.

Useless
The unit I purchased was useless. It was screwed together so tightly I couldn't open it to remove the plastic cover on the filter or the plug at the bottom. There isn't even any stock left so I can't even get a replacement.
