The spikes are good quality and a great price.

Excellent replacement spikes for track shoes
The set of replacement spikes has come in handy for our team and others already. They fit into our spike shoes with no problems and were easy to swap in and out. I'm not sure on durability yet as we just started using them, but they seem to be made of quality materials.

quality of spikes seemed very good very sharp very nice and red thingey also looked good. unfortunately can’t test bc I have to return. very disappointed in amazon’s packaging. the tiny plastic box came in a cardboard box that was way too big with a thing of paper (I took it out in the photo) to “protect it”. the plastic box inside cracked and I think spikes fell out through the corners of the cardboard box because I only received around 30-50 spikes when I ordered the 120 pieces.

Perfect
Worked great to replace my son’s spikes in all of his track shoes. They’ve worked in every shoe he’s tried, and he’s changed the spikes in many of his teammates shoes as well.

Bought these for my daughter who is in track. Didn't realize how small the 1/4" spikes actually were. She's a long jumper so the spikes should be longer. We didn't really use them much because she found them too short, but I'm sure they're great for those that need shorter spikes. My suggestion is just to know what length you need before buying them.
