How do i wash the uniform? Dry clean or mashine wash cold?

I washed it in cold water in the machine and then dried it on low .

I'm 6', 155lbs with a 29-30 in waist. Anyone have recommendations for the correct sizing?

Medium. It runs big but that's the point for the pants. If your 6' your focus should be the vest. It cuts at the hip so you want to be able to have enough fabric so you can adjust it to your body.

Im 6' 8" 280 lbs and a body builder so Im wide in the chest and shoulders, with a smaller waist and large legs. How should I order?

Xl. It's already a baggy costume. The pants you'll have no problem since they are intended to be big. And have a short elastic part that adjusts how the pants drop. The vest part is big and will fit you, but to make it look better you'll have to cinch in the waist.
