These come with a sticky foam-like tape. These should stick, but I’m not sure if they’ll stay if the tent ever accumulates moisture from being outside

How long does the glow work

They take awhile to charge up to glow but they last at least a few hours

do they react to black light?

Yes, they are very sensitive under black light.
