How long does the set of batteries last while using this detector?

Hello, thanks for asking. This set of batteries can continuously detect for 8 hours, if it is in the standby state (meaning it is turned on but not in use), it can reach 11 hours. We recommend that you remove the batteries when not in use. The first reason is to prevent the battery from depleting over time, and the second reason is to prevent chemical substances from escaping from the battery and damaging the electronic components. Lo compré para regalo. Quién lo recibió ha estado utilizándolo al menos una o dos veces por mes en excursiones sin problemas. Las baterías quedaron bien. Agradezco que llegó por correo un manual PDF de regalo de la compañía fabricante, con una guía práctica para quienes son buscadores de metales, fue una sorpresa genial y muy didáctica para el uso del aparato. Calibrar bien es esencial, poco a poco se va tomando experiencia para sacar provecho máximo del producto. Buena relación calidad-precio, vale la pena la compra.
