I really like the high potassium, low sodium, and all the other minerals. If I feel like I need a little extra salt, I just add a pinch. I like how I can control how much salt I take in. I bought 5 flavors, lemon raspberry, tangerine, orange, cherry pomegranate, and tropical fruit. The lemon raspberry is refreshing. The tropical tastes like coconut. The cherry tasted a little strange, not my favorite. The orange is very mild, doesn’t taste like much. The tangerine is by far my favorite, delicious. The key is to make it the day before, in a 16 oz mason jar with a plastic lid. I’ll have 3 to 4 already made up and in the fridge, ready to drink first thing in the morning ( just 1 a day). It even tastes better the next day, the flavor soaks in and it dissolves better, just give a shake before drinking. I wish they would make the tangerine in the larger size, “value size”, and make it less expensive. I bought some on Prime day, on sale, good time to stock up. Definitely the best electrolyte powder I’ve ever tried, I’m sticking with this one.

Very good. Lots of potassium. I got The tangerine flavor. Way too sweet. I mix into 6 or 8 ounces with a scoop each of collagen and creatine and just down it. Even when watered down too sweet for me so I just want to get it over with 😂😂

Love the flavor! Even my husband takes it once in a while. Mixes really well .

I purchased this to enhance my hydration level and assist with my electrolytes balance. The tangerine flavor is mild when added to water. It reminds me of having a glass of Tang, but with a carbonated, sodium taste which I do not like. Not too sweet. The product dissolves well. After using it for about a month, I felt a boost in energy. The price is high, but the quality of ingredients is good. Other electrolyte powders do not have a carbonated-sodium flavor, but are too sweet. The challenge is to find a product that is priced well and has a good balance of ingredients that work and produce a great taste.

First of all I love Dr.Berg. I feel like he is one of those men that has good soul and good spirit. I feel like he has been tested im sure " they" haveforsure...and he likes free will and honesty. I honesty feel that way about Dr.Berg he is been of great help for us all !

After noticing a lot of the powder remained undissolved in the glass for many servings over many days, I chose to look into it. The first major hint at product quality was not being able to return this 'guaranteed' product. The second VERY scary observation is not being able to rely on putting something into my body that is quantified by what the label says. Maybe I am ingesting more of some ingredients and less of another? That said, the performance of this product may be disrupting my electrolyte levels. That sucks, particularly because I trust Dr. Berg because of his youtube video channel content. Given what I find, Dr. Berg should stick to content creation and skooch out of manufacturing products. On this one (tangerine electrolyte powder): You are doing it wrong. I finally resorted to using a very fine mesh filter to separate the powder fines in the hope the smaller particle size would aid in dissolving the powder more effectively. This extra labor and time-intensive step revealed that the much finer particle size did little to increase the solubility of the product in cool water. Still had about 1/3 of the powder in the bottom of the glass. Now that I feel ripped off for about 40 bucks from a guy I used to trust, I decided to try dissolving the electrolyte powder 'fines' in very hot water from a countertop tap at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, letting it cool and seeing if the powder remained in solution or precipitated out. In this experiment where n=5 about the same amount remained undissolved as with cooled water. Very disappointed. I hope this post impacts the profits of the manufacturer to reformulate the product to dissolve at an appropriate level. For what it is worth, I used both tap water and distilled water. No appreciable difference in the results based on particle size, type of water, or temperature of electrolyte mixture so far.. UPDATE - Dr. Berg's manufacturing division offered me a full refund. Eventually, I found 1 cap of electrolyte in 20ml of boiled water dissolved it, adding ice and more water diluted it. but these steps have yet to make a repeatable process so the taste is either too concentrated or too dilute. I'll report back on how the refund process went later on.

Nice flavor and not too much sodium. Other hydration supplements can be too strong or overpowering, and this is a very balanced product.

Great Stuff. Finally discovered why I have had no energy for years. A Magnesium boost in an electrolyte powder with other complimentary minerals is fantastic. Works very well combined with a Multi Vitamin B for energy. Seems more healthy than high concentrated pure magnesium powders. I'm eating more Salads now for my magnesium, but keep this powder ready for days when I want to intermittent fast or haven't eaten well

I don't have a lot to say as I recently started taking this after watching Dr. Berg's YouTube videos and then comparing this to other electrolyte products out there. This one is a clear winner, even though it costs a pretty penny in Australia. I loved the taste the moment I took my first sip. I feel that it works but hard to tell. But what I can say is, it really gives a sense of fullness and shuts the appetite down after drinking. Not sure if that's intended or if what electrolytes actually do but I think that really helps if you're on keto and trying to lose weight. I'd recommend it to anyone who is on keto like me.

This drink really helps with sleeping because of the magnesium. At first, I didn't like the taste as much as the Raspberry and Lemon flavor of this particular electrolyte but now it's grown on me and I think I love it more. And for some reason, this formula blends better into my water. I have a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and a tall glass of water with a scoop of this about 1 hour before bed and I'm completely out in the deepest most rejuvenating sleep I've had in a long time.
