It really worked! I made the purchase based on the reviews and I’m glad I did. It took 2 days to start noticing improvement. After 2 weeks of heavy flow it finally stopped.

I've taken birth control pills from multiple companies online just to stop my period (and avoid gyno)-- which was a horrific experience of biological abuse that should result in a class action product liability lawsuit that puts all charlatans out of business and compensates all victims of online medical malpractice generously. I've also tried natural things like black cohosh, kombucha, estrogen, etc, and while some of it helped mildly none of it seemed strong enough to stop my period or eradicate the blood clots and severe pain. It muted it, but didn't block it, and I haven't been very good at taking the same pill over and over and over again for months on end even on those rare occasions when I could financially afford to. So if those natural things get stronger in effect the longer you take them, I wouldn't know, because I think the longest I stayed on any of them was maybe a month tops. However, Period lite stopped my period (pain and blood) within a few days of consistently taking it; I think by the 3rd day it was finally gone. So I would definitely keep taking this medicine, because it's the only thing that actually worked on my body quickly (unlike the other natural OTC medicines I took) and did not abused or otherwise harm my body (unlike the birth control prescriptions I took). The only thing I would alter is that I would make the pills smaller, for both ease of convenience and for those who have a tougher time swallowing pills. And/or make a liquid version of the product as an option to purchase for those of us who'd rather drink our meds like Kombucha glass bottles or Black Kohosh's little squeeze dropper tincture bottles. But regardless of that concept -- Thank God for PeriodLite!! At least *SOMEBODY* truly cares about both our bodies' general health *AND* our immediate pain RELIEF!! 🎉🎂🎈🥂🎁🍨🎊🥳🥳🥳👍👍👍👏👏👏 AND THIS YEAR'S AWARD GOES TO-- PERIODLITE!! 🏆🏆🏆 (any correlation to Pedialyte, I wonder? 🤔🧐😉)

No idea if these work, yet, as I just started my period but these pills are HUGE. Never have I had an issue taking supps/med—I gagged on these and they left my throat feeling achy and scratchy. Will be crushing for next "dose." (NOTE: no idea if it's okay to take these, crushed. Will contact the manufacturer to ask.) Will let you all know if they work to lighten my horrid period or not, after it's over. MAKERS: you have got to make these pills smaller, who cares if it'd be more pills per dose. 😳 We're already irritated and uncomfortable during our cycles...make the pills comfortable to take. UPDATE: went to contact someone at the website listed on the bottle and the site doesn't exist...neither does the alleged company "Euphoric Essentials" that produces this product. AMAZON, WHO DO WE CONTACT REGARDING QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT?

I usually go through an ultra tampon every other hour on my heaviest days and I need to wear an overnight pad as backup which usually gets soaked as well. I have unbearably painful cramps which feel like labor contractions at times and pass large clots (much larger than a quarter) and even a decidual cast every now and then. I’ve been suffering from heavy, painful periods for 25 years. I started taking these on the last day of my cycle last month. I’ve taken them basically all month, and my period this month is virtually cramp free and so light all I need is a regular pad. I’m not even bleeding heavy enough to warrant a tampon BUT if I were to wear one a light or regular would suffice. I can’t believe it, I even had to take a pregnancy test to make sure I’m not just spotting. Had this supplement existed 25 years ago (or had I known about it) this could have really saved me years of pain, frustration and missing out on a lot of activities and trips. No supplement has worked so well for me and gave me such a light, virtually pain free period. Here it is day 3, which should be my heaviest day, and I hardly have any blood on my regular absorbency pad! For best results I recommend using month-long, not just on your period. I take 2 pills once or twice a day.

I ordered this as my periods are funky (use my husband's account to order on here) due to irregular periods. Ladies, let me tell you this works great for an all natural product to regulate your period. I've only took it 4 days and it's actually stopped the heavy flow which I know some of us suffer from. No more headaches, no more cramps, and no more aunt flow to ruin your nice jeans! I only gave this 4 stars due to the fact the pills are little hard to swallow due to size. That is literally the only thing I have to report as far as a con goes. Give this a try and see how it could help you!

Been taking this the last six months or so. I did as I saw in the comment section and take two in the morning into a night instead of four at one time like the directions say. I used to not be able to leave my house on days two and three of my period and now my periods are just like a normal period. We’ll definitely continue purchasing.

Update: change from 5 stars to 2-3stars! last period was so light and painless after I took the pill for 5 days(start a day before my period came) I was super excited, gave it 5 stars! BUT afterwards my period NEVER left! I was bleeding(spotting or light) through out the whole month! Until about a week and half ago next period came. This time I didn’t take this pill. My period last a little longer(8days) same heavy and pain. Only thing might changed is a lot less blood clots. So, I don’t recommend take this long term… but maybe it can help you when you have plans like vacation coming up, road trips… that’s right on your period days.. but again, it might not do the same to you, good luck! ——————————— Before my period last 6-7 days. And cramp through out most those days. In the heaviest days I will need to change a ultra tampon and a heavy #3-5 pad in about 1-1.5 hour.. 600mg ibuprofen every 5 hrs still can feel the pain in the first and last hour. So I started taking two pills twice a day a day before this cycle. I couldn’t believe my bleeding reduced down to only a regular tampon and a extra long daily liner can handle it!! I know not all women the same, I’m so glad it works for me!! Hope it continually does, I don’t even care there still boxes ultra tampon and heavy pads left in my house hope I don’t need them anymore lol I will update if any changes in next cycle.

These work for me. I have been dealing with a heavy flow the past couple of years and tried the herbal teas with raspberry leaf and taking vitamin c but my flow remained heavy. I decided to try the period lite. It is 2 small pills that I take twice a day while on my period. 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. They taste citrusy and are easy to get down. My flow has reduced drastically! Day one for me is typically ultra every 2 hours and sometimes bleeding out with those. They are sooo uncomfortable! Now I’m down to super being enough and every 4 hours on day one. Day 2 used to be super plus and/or ultra every 3 hours and now I’m using regular every 4 hours. Day 3 used to be super and now it’s lites because period is barely there. Day 4 it’s gone! I used to go a full 6-7 days dealing with jumbo pads and tampons and now I’m way more comfortable. I hope they work for you all too because it’s been a game changer for me!
