Does this stop the skin from sagging in the jawline and neck area?

Hi - the cica cream is made with ingredients that are known to help reduce the appearance of fine lines as well as cica, which repairs the skin barrier.

I have used this twice. Both times it slightly stings my face. No redness occurred but it’s uncomfortable at first. Is this a typical reaction?
