It depends on whether it has a dual sim or not. Dual sim, yes. Sim slot only, no.

is this a fat32 sd card? -or- is this an exfat sd card? need a 128gb sd card that is fat32 for fire hd 10 tablet.

If you use Rufus, then you can flash a 128GB SD card using fat32 easily. Just select the drop-down non-bootable option in Rufus and check that it is fat32 and you're good to go. If it defaults to something else, just simply change it to fat32. Another option is Mini Partition Wizard Free. I can't verify that one at the moment, but I do remember that option being there so I'm 98% sure. However, I'm absolutely 100% positive Rufus can flash a 128GB card to fat32. Just make sure the device you are using that requires fat32 will support a card that large. Some do and some don't. Good luck!

If your Galaxy S21 Plus has a slot for MicroSD cards, this card will sure work. I searched for information on Google and it says, there is no slot provided for MicroSD cards on any variety of S21 series Samsung phones. So, the clear answer to your question is NO. There are other ways to use it, but you have to have an adapter for it.
